  *   The percentages reflected in this table refer to benefits for temporary total disability based on the State's Average Weekly Wage (SAWW) or State's Monthly Wage, if not otherwise indicated.

 

    1/ Delaware:  Date for changes in benefits is set at the discretion

                   of the Secretary of Labor.

 

    2/ Oklahoma:  Changes every three years.

 

    3/ Wyoming:  Changes every calendar quarter.

 

 

 

  The following jurisdictions DO NOT have Flexible Maximum benefit
